Approaching their 40th anniversary, STUDIOS approached Within to create a shared vision, enhance leadership trust, and foster greater collaboration across their nationwide architecture firm. With a dispersed leadership structure common in similar businesses, the STUDIOS executive committee saw the opportunity for more unity across the firm with the ability to unleash the entrepreneurial spirit critical to their success in a new generation of leaders.
