The Challenge
As Nigeria’s first digital bank, Kuda quickly became a standout success, breaking down barriers to financial access and achieving rapid growth. But with that fast expansion came growing pains. Kuda’s leadership recognized the need to rebuild cultural foundations to support a focused performance culture to drive the next phase of their growth.

Within worked with Kuda to rebuild the core foundations of a cohesive, high-performing organization. We defined clear, actionable values tied to performance, created competency frameworks to assess performance, and embedded new rituals for recognition and feedback. A series of quarterly Leadership Week retreats gave leaders space to align, reflect, and grow the skills needed to lead effectively — together.
