What we do:

Through the Within Way® we are:

• Developing integrated culture + business strategies

• Designing and guiding delivery of Employee Experience processes and initiatives - from recruitment to onboarding and performance assessment

• Coaching leaders to create the cultural shifts that drive business growth

• Helping leaders to tell the story of their culture and strategic growth

How you will make a contribution:

Your responsibilities will include delivering our Within Way methodology by:

• Building and maintaining  client relationships to deliver exceptional program outcomes

• Designing and facilitating in-person and virtual experiences - including workshops, retreats, and leadership alignment

• Developing strategic frameworks that lead to business growth and a shift in the employee experience

• Building trust and credibility for business development with leaders across our key sectors

• Contributing to our self-managed partnership through marketing, learning, and product development

What you need:

The core skills required for the role:

• Manage strategic relationships:

  • Build meaningful and effective relationships with people at different levels throughout the engagement to achieve expected outcomes

• Strategic planning and change management:

  • Outline strategic approaches and ask the right questions to effectively navigate a process of change

• Design and facilitate experiences:

  • Create techniques to take people on a change journey while identifying the energy required for groups to take action

• Discovery and research:

  • Interpret and synthesize data into insights that unlock new perspectives

• Communicate ideas verbally:

  • Effective presentation and sharing of ideas to engage audiences and drive focused outcomes

What we offer:

Our offer includes:

• A one year minimum contract, subject to renewal

• A monthly fee retainer based on roles taken on projects - and the ability to earn bonuses for delivering on additional services and client projects. In 2025 our partners earned between $80,000 and $120,000 depending on their level of experience and amount of client work they chose to deliver

• Freedom to choose the hours you want to work to deliver agreed outcomes, with consideration to work across time zones to support the needs of our partnership and clients

• Ability to work remotely from wherever you live with the agreement that you will travel to deliver in person sessions with our North American client base as required

• Immersion and training in our Within WayⓇ methodology

• Opportunities to collaborate with our team on global projects to grow your talent and stretch your creativity
