We do this through:
Guiding the development of an integrated culture + business strategy
Designing and guiding delivery of Employee Experience (EX) processes and initiatives
Developing leaders' ability to create the cultural shifts that drive business growth
Guiding Leadership and People teams to align processes and practices to their purpose and values - eg. values based recruitment, performance, and professional growth
Guiding leaders to tell the story of their culture through their employer brand
Location:
While this is a remote position, we’re particularly interested in candidates based in or near Vancouver, San Francisco, Seattle, Tucson, London, or Bangkok (or surrounding areas) to help us stay connected across our existing communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering our Within WayⓇ methodology
Supporting the design and development of culture frameworks that embed and deliver EX outcomes
Designing and delivering client interventions including workshops, retreats, executive sessions (in person and virtual)
Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key members of the C-suite, senior leadership teams, and emerging leaders
Leading group and individual coaching initiatives
Contributing to our self-managed partnership through non-client oriented roles and responsibilities — including marketing and learning and development
The core skills required for the role:
Client relationship & Project management:
Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively ensure that projects are on track, on budget, and both the client and the team are satisfied and fulfilled; ability to contribute to multiple projects at the same time
Strategy development:
Guide and engage stakeholders on a journey, co-creating goals that challenge clients to think big and grow
Strategic thinking required to shape comprehensive change-journey initiatives that can adapt to resistance and changes along the way
Discovery & research:
Qualitative/quantitative research & synthesis skills that uncover insights, make sense of conflicting data, and facilitate new thinking in clients
Communications & storytelling:
Create strategic messaging that clarifies complexity, transforming it into compelling narratives to support the change process
Coaching & facilitation:
Ability to plan, design, and facilitate experiences that balance objectives, engagement, and participant satisfaction effectively, while paying close attention to energy and group dynamics
Experience coaching executives to shift mindset and drive performance
Our offer includes:
A full time role, one year minimum contract, subject to renewal
A monthly fee retainer based on roles taken on projects - and the ability to earn bonuses for delivering on additional services and client projects. In 2025 our partners earned between $80,000 and $120,000 depending on their level of experience and amount of client work they delivered
Freedom to choose the hours you want to work to deliver agreed outcomes, with consideration to work across time zones to support the needs of our partnership and clients
Ability to work remotely from wherever you live and travel to where our clients need in person delivery
Immersion and training in our Within WayⓇ methodology
