A vision for more equitable business

Our vision is to reimagine success in 21st century organisations, illuminating the path to connected, inclusive and creative cultures. 

We want our partnership to not only exemplify 21st century business, but to represent the places where we live and work through a rich diversity of race, ethnicity, culture, identity, orientation, age and ability.

We have embarked on our own DEI journey as individuals and as a partnership, setting out to intentionally shift our own biases and beliefs.

As a group of business leaders we have a responsibility to create a system with equity in every part of our business, and with ways of working that work for everyone who joins us. We remain committed to continued progress, recognizing that this is a process of learning and unlearning (and understanding that we may not always get things right). 

our developing commitment

Our recently developed Within People Partner Experience establishes our promises to each other to create an inclusive and equitable place to work. We commit action to live up to these promises, and to measure our progress in order to continue to build equity in our system. 

We understand that not everyone has had the privilege of traditional forms of education or access to the opportunities and experience to meet all requirements we may be looking for when recruiting new partners. We invite folks from all backgrounds to step forward to join us, and tailor our approach to personal development to the individual needs of each new partner to best set them up for success.

We see a world where everyone - people of colour, LGBTQ+, women, those with disabilities - has the opportunity to lead and drive purposeful organisations forward. In support of this vision we are also exploring how to evolve our services to make them accessible to a wider community of leaders committed to change.

Our 2023 action plan towards our DEI goals is currently in development, and we will share it here for accountability, transparency and in the hopes that it may inspire others to design their business with equity at the core.
